About the Role
As a GET or Corporate Management Trainee, you will be introduced to the corporate world and gain hands-on experience with a wide variety of corporate projects, software development procedures, and business processes. - Software Engineering: You will be developing cloud, data, and full-stack apps and software, writing clean codes, performing code debugging, and documentation, and contributing to enterprise software development projects under the direction of senior developers.
- Infrastructure Operations: You will be installing and configuring enterprise software and systems, performing cybersecurity, and optimizing cloud migration processes for business clients.
- Business, Finance & Commerce Track (BCom, BBA, CA, ICWA)
- Financial Accounting: You will be preparing journal entries, COGS reports, and various financial statements for public limited companies and multinational corporations.

Application Process
The HCLTech Graduate Engineer & Trainee recruitment process goes through various phases which are as follows:
- Application: The candidate needs to fill out the online application form which requires attaching the resume with full and updated personal and contact information.
- Screening: The shortlisted candidates are then screened based on their profile and eligibility.
- Aptitude and Domain Test: The selected candidates are sent an email with a link to take a computer-based screening test which evaluates verbal, quantitative, logical, and coding skills.
- Technical/Subject Interview: With the next round, the candidates need to appear for a technical interview and subject interview to test their knowledge about the academics, project, and analytical skills.
