About the Role
As a Process Associate – Voice, you will be the key operational point of contact between worldwide enterprise clients and end users. The role is to provide top quality voice support, to respond to customer inquiries, process service requests and ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- We are looking for freshers from latest academic batches and professionals with up to 3 years of voice / customer experience.
- Candidates should have a clear articulation and pronunciation and be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willing to work on rotational shift; nite shifts or week end coverages as per the overseas client time zones.
- Computer operation, internet browsing and familiarity of office software tools.
- Open to Live Video Interview Rounds, Online Virtual Assessment via Microsoft Teams.
